二尖瓣狭窄时左房血栓形成因素的超声心动图研究

The factors of left'atrium thrombosis in mitral stenosis studied with echocardiography

目的 研究左房内径、二尖瓣口面积、二尖瓣返流对左房血栓形成的影响。方法 用超声心动图观察82例元左房血栓者与12例伴左房血栓者之间左房内径、二尖瓣口面积、二大瓣返流的差异。结果 与无主房血栓者比较,伴左房血栓时,左房内径增大,二尖瓣口变小,中度以上二尖瓣返流的发生率低。结论 二尖瓣口面积缩小是左房血栓形成的促进因素,中度以上二尖瓣返流则是其抑制因素。

Pupose To study the influence of left atrial diameter,area of mitral orifice and mitral regurgitation on thrombosis in left atrium. methods The difference between 12 cases with thrombus in left atrium and 82cases without thrombus in left atrium was investigated by echocardiogra-phy. Results In mitral stenosis with thrombus in left atrium, the diameter of left atrium was slightly enlarged and mitral orfifice was smaller. The percentage of over moderate mitral regurgitation was lower. Conclusion Narrowing of mitral orifice is a promoter of thrombosis in left atrium,but over moderate mitral regurgitation is an inhabitor on thrombosis.
