子宫内膜息肉的超声诊断及其优势

Advantages of ultrasonography in diagnosing and treating endometrial polyps

目的 评价超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的价值。方法 本文回顾性分析88例子宫内膜息肉的超声诊断及诊断性刮宫与病理的比较。结果 诊断性刮宫的阳性率为7.8％,超声检查阳性率79.5％。同时提供CDFI检查在子宫腔内病变的鉴别诊断中的意义。结论 超声是诊断子宫内膜息肉的有效手段。

Purpose To evaluate diagnostic value of sonography for endomentrial polyps. Methods Eighty - eight patients of endometrial polys were studied with sonography. Results Statistics showed that there exists a striking difference between the two methods. The positive rate is 79.5% with sonography, but it is only 7.8% with cutettage (P< 0.01) . Conclusion Sonography is a useful methool for endometrial polys.
