超声引导下异常节育器取出的应用价值

Applied value of removal of abnormal intrauterine device under the guiding of ultrasound

目的 评估超声引导下取环的价值,指导临床工作,减少盲目性,减轻患者痛苦。方法 膀胱适度充盈,对32例置节育环妇女超声监测,观察各种节育器异常与子宫位置。超声引导下行取环术。结果 32例节育环变形、断裂、嵌顿、宫颈狭窄、子宫先天性畸形等病因,在超声引导取环成功率100％。结论 超声引导下取环术具无创伤、简便、易操作的优点。

Purpose To evaluate the clinical use of removal of intrauterin device under the guiding of ultrasound. Methods: while bladder filling properly, ultrasound was used to monitor the removal of intrauterin device in 32 cases. The abnormal shape and position of intrauterine devices were recorded. Results All the intrauterine devices in patients with intrauterin device deformation, broken, inlay and cervix constriction, uterus congenital malformation were successfully removed( 100% ) . Conclusion Under the guiding of ultrasound removal of intrauterine device is safety, undamaged and ease to operate. We think this technique is practical and scientific.
