FLAIR序列的技术原理及在脑磁共振成像中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 自从MRI问世以来,检出脑部病变最敏感的序列被认为是常规SET2加权序列。因为脑内大多数病变组织内(例如胶质细胞增生、肿瘤、梗塞、脱髓鞘或脑软化等)水含量增加,T2弛豫时间增加,表现为介于CSF和脑灰白质之间的信号强度。这些中间性信号强度需获取T2加权像(T2WI)和质子密度加权像(PDWI)加以准确解释,特别是病变位于CSF边缘时,但其不足点是成像时间长(如10-12分)。随着快速成像技术的广泛使用,一种提供好的T2权重的快速脉冲序列,称为FSE(fast spin echo)或TSE(turbo spin echo)序列(其名称依赖于机器制造时的命名)近五年来发展起来。
