超低硫柴油加氢精制再生催化剂开工及运行状况分析 被引量:3

摘要 中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化分公司1.2 Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置首次应用该公司研究中心开发的PHF-101超低硫柴油加氢精制催化剂,以催化柴油和焦化汽、柴油为原料,生产精制石脑油、柴油及低凝柴油。2012年4—5月装置进行检修,反应器使用器外再生催化剂。在反应器入口271℃、平均温度306℃、入口压力7.02 MPa、空速2.02 h-1、氢油比587∶1的工艺条件下,使用该再生催化剂加工硫质量分数为1 000~1 100μg/g的混合柴油原料,加氢精制后柴油硫质量分数为80~110μg/g,完全达到国Ⅲ柴油生产要求。结果显示:再生催化剂初始反应温度低,温升速度慢,反应器压差小,操作压力低,具有良好的活性、稳定性和抗冲击能力,能满足生产需要。 The PHF-101 ultra-low sulfur diesel hydrotreating catalyst was first tried in a 1.2 MM TPY diesel hydrotreating unit of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Co. , Ltd to produce refined naphtha, diesel and low-freezing-point diesel from FCC diesel and coker naphtha and diesel feeds. In the overhaul maintenance from April to May 2012, the ex-situ catalyst regeneration was adopted for the reactor. Under the operating con- ditions of 271 ℃ reactor inlet temperature, 306 ℃ average temperature, 7.02 MPa reactor inlet pressure, 2.02 h-1 space velocity and 587:1 hydrogen to oil ratio and with the mixed diesel feedstock containing 1 000 -1 100 μg/g sulfur, the sulfur in hydrotreated diesel is 80 -110 μg/g, which meets the specifications Guo Ⅲ diesel standard. The analysis results indicate that the regenerated catalyst has the advantages of initial low reaction temperature, slow temperature rise, small reactor differential pressure, low operation pressure, and good activity, stability and impingement resistance, and it can meet the requirements of production.
