摘要
目的提高微量注射泵使用的安全性。方法采用2×3析因设计,用医用三通人为制造阻塞模型,记录不同顺应性微量注射泵泵用延长管在不同泵注速度下的阻塞报警延迟时间,并进行统计分析。结果两种泵用延长管在不同的泵注速度下均存在阻塞报警时间延迟,最短为(414.43±64.67)s,最长为(2 770.16±420.20)s;泵速越慢,报警延迟时间越长(P<0.05)。当泵速为5 ml/h和10 ml/h时,泵速相同使用软硬管的报警延迟时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但当以2 ml/h的速度泵注药物时,软管报警延迟时间较硬管长(P<0.05)。结论护士要正确认识微量注射泵泵注阻塞报警延迟并及时干预处理,合理选择泵用延长管类型,合理调节微量注射泵泵注速度,减少各种阻塞导致的报警延迟,提高微量注射泵使用的安全性,保证病人安全。
Objective To improve the safe usage of syringe pump. Methods By 2 x 3 factorial design,the simulated test was adopted in vitro by using medi-cal tee coupling to make the extension tube occlusion. The occlusion alarm delay time was recorded and statistically analyzed. Results Occlusion alarm delay exis-ted in both pump extension tubes of different pumping speeds. The shortest alarm time was (414.43 ± 64.67 )seconds and the longest was (2 770. 16 ± 420.20)sec-onds. The slower the pumping speed was ,the longer the alarm time was (P 〈 0.05 ). When the pumping speed was 5 ml/h or 10 ml/h ,the alarm time between the two kinds of syringe pump extension tubes showed no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). When the pumping speed was 2 mL/h, the alarm time of soft syringe pump extension tubes was significantly longer than the hard one ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nurses should have a correct understanding of occlusion alarm delay of syringe pump and take measures timely. A reasonable adjustment on the pumping speed of syringe pump also needs to be made so as to reduce the occlusion alarm delay time and enhance the security of syringe pump and ensure the patients'safety.
