Thoughts on visiting the Essen University Hospital in Germany

文章介绍了笔者在德国Essen大学附属医院3个月的参观学习体会,分别从儿科病房的护理管理、临床护理工作内容、专科培训和感染防控几个方面阐述了德国儿科护理的实际情况,并对国外和国内医院的儿科护理工作进行比较和总结,以期为我国儿科护理发展提供借鉴。

Through visiting the Essen University hospital in Germany for 3 months, the authors introduced the status of pediatric nursing in Germany from aspects of nursing management, clinical nursing contents, professional training and infection control, then compared and summarized the pediatric nursing services at home and abroad, in order to provide references for the pediatric nursing development in our country.
