多产权、多使用权建筑不断涌现,此类建筑的火灾也呈逐年上升趋势。通过一起多使用权建筑放火案件的发生,对多产权、多使用权建筑在消防安全方面存在的问题进行分析,提出了解决多产权、多使用权建筑消防安全问题,遏制多产权、多使用权建筑火灾事故发生的具体措施,为进一步规范多产权、多使用权建筑消防安全监管工作提供理论支持。

This paper analyzes fire safety problems of multi - properties and multi - units buildings from an arson case and it proposes specific measures to solve the fire safety problems of these buildings in order to reduce fire accidents, which can be used as the reference for fire control work and the management of multi - properties and multi - units buildings.
