香烟引燃瓦楞纸包装箱的实验研究

An Experimental Study on the Cigarette Ignition Capability for Corrugated Packaging Boxes

为考查燃着的香烟对瓦楞纸包装箱的引燃能力,以一起仓库火灾的调查认定为线索开展了香烟引燃瓦楞纸包装箱的实验研究。考查烟头放置位置以及烟头长度对引燃能力的影响,得出了两种实验条件6种组合情况下瓦楞纸包装箱烟雾产生时间和引燃时间,最后得出了烟头对瓦楞纸包装箱具有燃能力,且引燃时间一般在20～40 min内的结论,对类似火灾的调查工作具有一定的借鉴作用。

In order to exa mine the ignition capability of a lighted cigarette on the corrugated packaging boxes, based on a warehouse fire investigation, the experimental study on cigarette ignition for the corrugated packaging boxes was conducted. The position and the length of cigarette butts were considered as the main influencing factors in the ex- periment and six experiments were done. The time of the smoke produced and the time of ignition were obtained and the ignition capability of the cigarette butts for the corrugated packaging boxes was got finally. The conclusion is that the ignition time usually between 20 and 40 minutes, which offers some references when investigating similar fires.
