Analysis of Ofloxacin in Injection Solution with HPLC

目的 :采用 HPLC法测定氧氟沙星注射液的含量。方法 :采用 HPLC法 ,以氧氟沙星为对照品 ,检测波长为2 93 nm,甲醇 :枸缘酸 ( 0 .0 5mol/L)∶乙腈∶醋酸铵溶液 ( 0 .5mol/L)∶ 1 0 g/L磷酸 ( 1 0 0∶ 75∶ 2 2∶ 1∶ 2 )为流动相。结果 :氧氟沙星的平均回收率为 97.4 4 %、RSD为 1 .83 %。结论 :本法结果准确 ,精密度、重现性均好 ,可作为该制剂的含量测定。

To determine Ofloxacin content in it's injection salution,a HPLC proccedure was developed using ofloxacin as the control standard and 293 nm as the wave lenghth.The mobile phase consists of methanol∶0.05mol·L -1 citric acid∶acetonitrile∶0.5mol·L -1 ammonium acetete∶10g·L -1 Rhosphoric acid (100∶75∶22∶1∶2)with the condition deseribed,a recovery rate of 97.44% for ofloxacin and a RSD of 1.83% were achieved and therefore the HPLC proccedure can be applied for determination of ofloxacin in injection solution.
