摘要
目的筛选催化剂活性组分并确定该催化剂的最佳制备条件.方法采用浸渍法制备催化剂,催化湿式过氧化氢氧化模拟染料废水.结果过渡金属氧化物催化活性依次为CuO>Fe2O3>NiO>ZnO;Cu系催化剂最佳制备条件为:浸渍时间为25 h,浸渍温度为25℃,焙烧温度为400℃,Ce的质量分数为1%和Cu的质量分数为2%,在此制备条件下处理模拟染料废水,脱色率达到53.6%.结论 CuO-CeO2/γ-Al2O3具有较高的催化活性,对活性艳橙脱色效果明显,Ce的添加可以提高催化剂的催化活性.
Screening catalyst active components to determine the optimum preparation conditions of the catalyst,the catalyst was synthesized by impregnation method,simulated dye wastewater was degraded by catalytic wet peroxide oxidation.The results show that catalytic activity of transition metal oxides were CuO>Fe2O3>NiO>ZnO;the optimum preparation conditions for Cu-based catalyst was that the immersion time was 25 h,the immersion temperature was 25 ℃,the active ingredient content was 2%,the calcination temperature was 400 ℃,the percentage content of Ce and Cu ratio is 1∶ 2,under this conditions,simulated dye wastewater decolorization rate reached 53.6%.The conclusion shows,CuO catalytic activity was higher than the other three metal oxides;The catalytic activity prepared CuO-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 was efficient for decolorization of Reactive Brilliant Orange;The addition of Ce can improve the catalytic activity.
