摘要 目的:探讨Galectin7和MMP9在宫颈腺癌中表达的临床病理学意义。方法:收集档案性宫颈腺癌病例及相关临床资料,应用免疫组织化学技术检测宫颈组织切片中Galectin7和MMP9的表达,分析这些指标的表达与临床病理指标的关系。结果:Galectin7在正常宫颈腺体,宫颈腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为30%,68.6%,差异有统计学意义。MMP9在正常宫颈腺体,腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为16.7%,71.4%,差异有统计学意义。宫颈腺癌组织中Galectin7与MMP9表达的相关性无统计学意义。Galectin7与MMP9表达与宫颈腺癌分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关,两种因子在中晚期患者的阳性表达率均显著早期宫颈腺癌患者,在有淋巴结转移的患者均高于无淋巴结转移患者,在低分化腺癌中的阳性表达率高于高中分化腺癌,均有显著性差异。Galectin7和MMP9表达阳性组5年生存率均显著高于Galectin7和MMP9表达阴性组。结论:Galectin7和MMP9表达与宫颈腺癌早期诊断,预后和复发预测密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the clinical pathological significance of Galectin7 and MMP9 expression in cervical adenocarcinoma.Methods:Cervical adenocarcinoma cases and related clinical documents were collected.Immunohistochemical method was applied to assay Galectin7 and MMP9 expression,and the relation of their expression to clinical pathological index was analysized.Results:Positive rate of Galectin7 expression in normal cervical gland and cervical adenocarcinoma were 30%,68.6%.There is significant difference.Positive rate of MMP9 expression in normal cervical gland and cervical adenocarcinoma were 16.7%,71.4%.There is significant difference.There is no significant relation between Galectin7 and MMP9 expression.Galectin7 and MMP9 expression was related to clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,differentiation.The expression positivity rates of two factors were significantly higher in medium-late stage than those in early stage,in patients with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis,in poor differentiation group than those in high-medium differentiation group.Five-year survival rate of Galectin7 and MMP9 positivity group was significantly higher than Galectin7 and MMP9 negative group.Conclusion:Galectin7 and MMP9 expression was closely related to early diagnosis,reocurrence,prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma.
