摘要 Cullin4A(CUL4A)是泛素-蛋白酶体系统(ubiquitin-proteasome system,UPS)中泛素E3连接酶家族的重要成员之一。UPS是细胞内蛋白降解的重要途径,越来越多的证据表明CUL4A可以通过CUL4A-DDB1-E3途径调节细胞中的一些功能蛋白质,产生相应的作用。本文就CUL4A在基因组的稳定、细胞周期的调控、恶性肿瘤的发生发展、胚胎发育、造血干细胞及脑缺血性损伤等方面的作用进行综述。 Cullin4A (CUL4A) is one ofthe important members ofthe ubiquitin E3 ligase family ofthe ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS). UPS is an important way ofintracellular protein degradation. There are more evidences that CUL4A can regulate some proteins in the cell through CULAA-DDB l-E3 pathway, resulting in a particular effect. This article is about the role of CUL4A in the maintenance of genomic stability, regulation of cell cycle, tumor suppressor, embryonic development, hematopoietie stem cell, cerebral isehemia and so on.
