摘要 以紫御谷幼苗为材料,研究水杨酸对干旱、高温及双重胁迫下紫御谷膜脂过氧化的影响.结果表明,干旱、高温及双重胁迫均能提高叶片的相对电导率和MDA含量,降低SOD、POD、CAT和APX活性;水杨酸处理能降低干旱、高温及双重胁迫下叶片的相对电导率和MDA含量,提高SOD等保护酶活性.水杨酸可能通过提高紫御谷幼苗叶片对干旱、高温及双重胁迫下膜脂过氧化的抗性来诱导其对胁迫的抗逆性. The effects of salicylic acid (SA) on membrane lipid peroxidization in Purple Majesty (Pennise- tum glaucurn) seedling leaves were studied under drought or high temperature or under the dual-stress conditions. The results showed that the relative conductivity and MDA content in the seedling leaves were increased under drought, high temperature and the dual-stress conditions while SOD, POD, CAT and APX activity declined, and that SA pretreatments could decrease the relative conductivity and MDA con- tent in the seedling leaves and increase the activity of SOD and other defense enzymes under the above stress conditions. These results thus indicated that SA increased the resistance of Purple Majesty plants to drought, high temperature or dual stresses by inducing its resistance to membrane lipid peroxidation.
