收费广场的设立对高速公路运营和管理构成了严重的影响。目前还没有一种适合我国国情的用以指导高速公路收费广场规划、设计、运行管理的服务水平分析方法。在对目前现有的几种服务水平分析方法进行了详细比较的基础上 ,开发了一种收费广场服务水平分析方法 。

Toll plaza on highway has seriously influenced on highway operation and management. At present there are not suitable methodologies for service level analysis of planning, designing, operating and managing of toll plaza in our country. On the basis of comparing several existing methodologies in detail, in this paper the authors developed a new methodology for service level analysis of toll plaza, and gave designing analysis and operating analysis steps.
