摘要
目的 探讨转化生长因子 -β1 ( TGF-β1 )在人乳头状甲状腺癌和良性腺瘤、桥本氏甲状腺炎及正常组织中的表达差别。方法 利用逆转录多聚酶链反应 ( RT-PCR)及表达峰度定量法 ,检测 4种新鲜甲状腺手术标本组织中 TGF-β1 m RNA的表达。结果 TGF-β1 m RNA在 4种甲状腺组织中的表达均有较高的阳性率 ( >83 .3 % ) ,乳头状甲状腺癌中 TGF -β1 m RNA的表达量较良性腺瘤、桥本氏炎及正常组织均增多 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,后三者之间则无差别。结论 TGF -β1 m RNA在乳头状甲状腺癌中表达代偿性增强与癌的发生有关 ,且可作为乳头状甲状腺癌的诊断指标之一 ,并辅助鉴别良恶性 ;RT-PCR则为临床上较为快捷。
Objective To study the expression of TGF β 1 mRNA in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) and other related thyroid diseases.Methods TGF β 1 mRNA expression was analyzed by RT PCR in 6 papillary thyroid carcinomas,6 adenoma,6 Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and 6 normal control tissues obtained at surgery.Results TGF β 1 mRNA expressions were found in most of PTCs (83.0%).It was higher than that in adenoma,Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and normal control (P<0.05).There was no difference among the latter three tissues.Conclusion Abundant expression of TGF β 1 mRNA in PTC might be related to the pathogenesis of PTC.In addtion,it can be one of evidences in the diagnosis of PTC,and give help to distinguish malignancy from benignity.RT PCR is a rapid and useful method in the diagnosis of PTC.
