摘要
目的 对直肠癌经腹会阴直肠切除术 ( Miles术 )后 ,脐孔造口与传统左下腹结肠造口方法进行评价。方法 切除脐孔后将结肠末端於腹壁缺损处行结肠造口并与传统造口术作比较。结果 2 2例 Miles术后行脐孔造口 ,该术在手术时间、减少并发症、方便生活护理各方面均优于左下腹造口方法。结论 无论各种年龄、性别、体型均可行脐孔造口术 ,且无并发症发生 。
Objective To evaluate an optimal modus for patients with colonic neostomy after Miles operation.Methods To make a comparative study of the effects of colonic neostomy on umbilicus with conventional colostomy method.Results In 22 cases of neostomy on umbilicus,the modus was superior to the conventional colostomy method on the left lower quadrant because of its much less risks of complication at operation and more convienent in post operative care.Conclusion It was proved that the modus of neostomy on umbilicus is a superior operation worthy to apply to patients of any age,sex and somatotype with colonic neostomy after Miles operation.
