彼得·圣吉在《第五项修炼:学习型组织的艺术与实务》一书提出了五项建立学习型组织的修炼。在国家呼吁建立学习型学校的主张下,如何用这五项修炼来提升校长领导力,实现学习型学校的目标,越来越引起学者的关注。
Peter Senge put forward five disciplines in establishing learning organizations in The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization. As the country called on establishing learning organizations, how to use the five disciplines to improve headmasters' leadership so as to realize the aim of learning organizations has attracted increasing attention from scholars.
