浅析浙江大学因公签证材料递送存在的问题及对策

ON the Problems and Countermeasures of the Document Delivery of Visa Applications on Business in Zhejiang University

随着我国高校国际化进程的快速推进,浙江大学国际交流日益增多,教师因公出国日趋频繁,随之而来的因公签证办理任务也与日俱增。然而,看似简单的因公签证材料递送环节却隐藏了巨大的人力财力消耗浪费至今未得到合理解决。本文通过实例的分析,比较多种解决方案的优缺点,并论证了微型专递服务公司的合理性。

With the rapid advance of Chinese universities＇ intemationalized process, the international exchanges in Zhejiang University have largely increased. Thousands of teachers go abroad on business every year. And the number of visa application is also increasing rapidly. However, seemingly the simple document delivery of visa application hides a huge consumption of human and financial resources which has not been resolved in a reasonable manner. In this paper, we compare several solutions with the advantages and disadvantages through the analysis of cases, and demonswate the rationality of micro courier service companies.
