当前高职院校职业道德教育实效性问题与对策

The Problems of the Effectiveness of Vocational Ethics Education in Higher Vocational Colleges and Its Countermeasures

职业道德教育作为高职教育的重要组成部分,其开展得到重视,但开展的实效性却不容乐观,还存在着边缘化、随意化、教育主体性迷失、教学内容空泛及教学方式陈旧等问题。高职院校在开展职业道德教育方面必须增强教育的实效性,才能不断为社会输送德才兼备的高素质技能型人才。

As an important part of higher vocational education, vocational ethics education obtains much attention, but its effectiveness in its implementation is not optimistic. It still has some problems, such as marginalization, randomization, the losing of educational subjects, the vacuous teaching contents and outdated teaching methods and so on. In view of this, higher vocational colleges must enhance the effectiveness of education in implementing vocational ethics education so as to constantly train high-quality skilled talents with both ability and political integrity for the society.
