Exploration on Female College Students' Entrepreneurial Psychological Capital

本文通过分析当前高校女大学生创业活动现状,分析造成女大学生创业难问题的多方因素,并根据女性创业活动特点,分析探讨教育机构如何引导在校女大学生在性别差异方面扬长辟短,培养她们的创业意识和创业心理品质,提高她们的创业心理资本,发挥性别优势,在创业活动中,具备较强的竞争资本。

This paper through analyzing the present entrepreneurial activities of female college students and the various factors of difficult entrepreneurial activities, and according to the features of these activities, the paper discusses how to guide the female students to exploit their advantages and avoid their disadvantages in gender differences, for educational institutions, how to train their enterprise consciousness and entrepreneurial psychological quality, and how to improve their psychological capital and exploit their gender advantages in the entrepreneurial activities so as to possess strong competitive abilities.
