幼儿园集体教学活动质量的调查——基于某市幼儿园教学活动的现场观察

An Investigation on the Quality of Group Teaching Activities in Kindergarten:From the Evidence of Field Study

教学活动质量是幼儿园教育质量的核心。本研究采用现场观察法，对C市72个集体教学活动进行现场观察与评价。结果表明，等级较低的幼儿园集体教学活动质量显著低于等级较高的幼儿园．教师在集体教学活动中的“教学反馈”和“师幼互动”质量不高．初入职教师的集体教学活动质量不高。据此，研究者提出，可从关注薄弱园、教学活动的薄弱环节和初入职教师等方面入手，有针对性地提高幼儿园的集体教学活动质量．并建立幼儿园教育质量监控和保障机制。

The quality of teaching and learning activities is the core of the quality of kindergarten education. In this study, researchers observed and evaluated 72 group teaching activities from C city in the field. The result shows that the quality level of kindergarten from low ranks are lower than those from high ranks; and the quality levels of feedback and interaction between teachers and children are the lowest among the factors evaluated. Hence researchers suggest that the improvement of quality for kindergarten education should focus on the low rank kindergartens, the weak procedure during teaching and the new teachers. The system of quality evaluation should he set up in near future.
