摘要
幼儿园教师队伍素质的提升是幼儿教育健康发展的关键因素之一。贫困地区幼儿园教师的专业成长.在特定的环境中受多种因素影响与制约。研究者通过问卷、访谈与观察等方式,对广西L县8所幼儿园的近百位幼儿园教师进行了调查,从个体环境、组织环境和社会环境三个层面.揭示了该县幼儿园教师专业成长环境存在的主要问题及其产生的原因。在此基础上,研究者提出若干促进贫困地区幼儿园教师专业发展的应对策略。
Enhancing preschool teachers' quality is one of the key factors in the development of early childhood education. In the impoverished areas, preschool teachers' professional growth is restricted by many negative factors. Adopting questionnaire, interview and observation, the researchers revealed the striking situation and its causes relating to preschool teachers' professional growth in three levels: individual, organizational, and social environment. Based on findings from this investigation, several feasible suggestions are discussed.
