Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Translation Teaching for English Majors

大学英语专业翻译课程教学在课程设置、教学模式等方面存在一些问题,现阶段英语专业翻译教学效果与社会需求之间也存在一定的差距。笔者认为,教师教学水平的提高,翻译教学中理论对实践的指导,信息技术的运用及教学模式的转变是解决现存问题的主要措施。

There are some problems in the curriculum, teaching mode in translation course for English majors. And there is a certain gap between teaching effects and social demands. However, there are some countermeasures to solve the problems, such as teaching enhancement, the guidance of the theory to practice in translation teaching, the use of information technology, and the change of teaching mode.
