高速公路建设资金的筹措 ,是保证高速公路快速发展的重要前提。文章以市场经济条件为基础 ,从高速公路经营权转让、证券、BOT方式、公路建设基金等几个方面分析研究了高速公路建设的融资渠道和融资方法。提出了符合我国国情的高速公路建设融资方法。

It is important precondition that the use of various channels to collect funds for the construction of expressway in China to ensure its rapid development. Based on the condition of marketing economy, this article discusses the methods of collecting funds for the construction of expressway in the fields of the transfer of managerial authority, stock, BOT mode and highway construction funds, etc., and gives some suggestions on the collecting funds methods suitable for the condition of China.\;
