年龄联合基础卵泡刺激素水平预测卵巢储备功能的初步研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨年龄联合基础卵泡刺激素(bFSH)预测卵巢储备功能的价值。方法将50例患者按年龄分成<35岁组和≥35岁组,再以bFSH水平不同细分为A组(bFSH≤10IU/L)、B组(bFSH>10 IU/L)2个亚组,比较各组患者的基本临床情况及临床结局等的差异。结果年龄<35岁时,随着bFSH升高,bLH水平升高,用药天数增加;而bE2、窦卵泡数、优势卵泡数目、HCG日内膜厚度、妊娠率均下降;均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。年龄≥35岁且FSH>10 IU/L时则变化更加显著。结论 bFSH>10 IU/L时,卵巢储备功能降低。小于35岁不孕妇女随基础FSH升高,尤其>10 IU/L者,卵巢储备功能减退。联合多个指标进行卵巢储备功能下降预测,可以提高结果的可靠性。 Objective It is to investigate the predictive value of age combined with basal FSH(bFSH) on ovarian reserve functions.Methods 50 patients were divided into 2 groups according to the age( 35 years,≥35 years),both groups were further stratified into 2 subgroups according to bFSH level: Group A(≤10 IU/L),Group B( 10 IU/L).The differences were observed in every group for the basic clinical condition and clinical outcome.Results In the age 35 years group,the level of bLH,number of days with drugs for stimulating ovulation in Group B were higher than that in Group A,but the level of bE2,ovarian follicle count,dominant follicle count,thickness of endometrium on the day of HCG,pregnancy rate in Group B were lower than that in Group A(all P 0.05).While age ≥35 years and FSH 10 IU/L,there were more significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion While bFSH 10 IU/L,the ovarian reserve function is decreased.In the age 35 years,the elevation of serum FSH(especially one 10 IU/L) indicates ovarian reserve function is diminished.Predicting the ovarian reserve functions by combine multiple indices can improve consequential dependability.
