医学生皮肤敏感认知及敏感性影响因素问卷的编制及信效度评价

Questionnaire development on people's cognition and inflencing factors of sensitive skin for medical students in Hefei and its reliability and validity

目的为了解大学生群体敏感性防护需求,研究者编制了合肥市大学生敏感因素、皮肤敏感认知状况、皮肤敏感评定问卷,对问卷的条目进行筛选,考评此问卷的信效度。方法以班级为单位整群选取合肥市某医科大学的282名大三学生进行现场调查,用折半信度、内部一致性信度、结构效度等考查该问卷的信度与效度。结果敏感因素、皮肤敏感认知状况、皮肤敏感评定三部分的折半信度为:R1=0.730,R2=0.639,R3=0.685;Cronbach系数为:R1=0.735,R2=0.614,R3=0.767;用因子分析检验其结构效度:采取四次方最大正交旋转(quartimax rotation),按程序默认的因子提取原则,特征值(eigenvalue)>1,提取因子,各因子由因子内因素负荷(factor loading)≥0.4的条目组成,因子负荷值皆属中高程度(≥0.4)。结论合肥市大学生皮肤敏感认知状况及敏感性影响因素问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可以用于大学生敏感性皮肤的评估。

Objective To investigate the demand of sensitivity protection among college students.A questionnaire including the influencing factors,people＇s cognition and evaluation of sensitive skin for college students was developed to select its items and assess its reliability and validity. Methods A total of 282 junior students from a medical university in Hefei were selected with cluster sampling and were investigated.The questionnaire＇s reliability and validity were checked by means of split-half reliability,internal consistency coefficient and contract validity. Results The split-half reliability of the three parts was： R1=0.730,R2=0.639,R3=0.685;and their Cronbach＇s coefficient was： R1=0.735,R2=0.614,R3=0.767;The contract validity was checked by factor analysis： after quartimax rotation,the researcher extracted factors by the default principle of eigenvalue1.Each factor consisted of factor ≥0.4 items in load factors.Factor loadings were those of high degree. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the questionnaire on people＇s cognition and influencing factors of sensitive skin for college students in Hefei are reasonable.It could be used for evaluation of sensitive skin among college students.
