低钠血症诊治与常见内分泌因素相关性低钠血症 被引量：2

摘要 1 流行病学 1.1 低钠血症定义低钠血症是指血清钠浓度小于135 mmol/L,反映钠在血浆中浓度的降低,体内总体钠并不一定丢失,可以正常甚或稍有增加.低钠血症是住院患者中最常见的电解质失衡[1].
