香砂六君子汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

Clinical Observation of Decoction Xiang-sha Six Jun-zi on Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver

目的:观察香砂六君子汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将80例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组服用香砂六君子汤,对照组服用东宝肝泰片。观察治疗前后两组肝功、血脂及B超变化情况,评价两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床治愈18例,显效11例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率92.5%;对照组临床治愈9例,显效9例,有效11例,无效11例,总有效率72.5%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组肝功能、血脂较治疗前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肝功及血脂较对照组改善显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤能显著降低血脂,改善肝功能,治疗非酒精性脂肪肝有较好的临床疗效。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Decoction Xiang-sha Six Jun-zi on nonalcoholic fatty liv- er. Methods： 80 cases with nonalcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in treatment group were treated with Decoction Xiang-sha Six Jun-zi, and the other 40 ones in control group were treated with Tablet of Dong-bao Gan-tai. The liver function, blood lipids and B ultrasound changes were observed before and af- ter treatment, and the clinical effects were evaluated. Results： In treatment group 18 cases were cured, 11 ones ex- cellent,8 ones effective,and 3 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 92. 5%. In control group 9 cases were cured ,9 ones excellent, l 1 ones effective ,and 11 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 72.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups on the total effective rate （P 〈 0. 05）. Liver function and blood lipids improved more significantly after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. So did between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Decoction Xiang-sha Six Jun-zi can signifi- cantly reduce blood lipids, improve liver function, and has preferable clinical curative effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver.
