二仙汤对免疫性卵巢早衰模型小鼠免疫相关指标影响

The Effect of Er-xian Decoction on Relevant Immune Indexes of Premature Ovarian Failure Mice

目的:观察二仙汤对免疫性POF模型小鼠免疫学方面的影响,探讨二仙汤对免疫性POF的作用机理。方法:应用小鼠透明带ZP3第330～342个氨基酸序列(NSSSSQFQIHGPR)为免疫原建立免疫性POF小鼠动物模型,并用二仙汤干预,观察小鼠性周期,用ELISA法检测小鼠外周血抗透明带抗体,称卵巢重量、脾脏、胸腺重量,计算其脏器指数。结果:模型组外周血中AzpAb阳性,水平升高;卵巢重量、胸腺重量降低,脾重指数明显增高;中药处理后POF小鼠上述情况均有不同程度改善。结论:二仙汤对免疫性卵巢早衰动物的免疫功能有一定的改善作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Er-xian Decoction on immune POF mice,and investigate the ac- tion mechanism of Er-xian Decoction on POF of immunity. Methods ： The animal models of immune POF mice were made using the 330th-342nd amino acid sequence（NSSSSQFQIHGPR）in zona pellucida ZP3 in mouse for the im- munogen establishment. Then they were intervened by Er-xian Decoction, and their sexual cycles were observed. Anti-pellucid-zone antibodies were detected in peripheral blood in mice by ELISA method. And the ovary was weighed. So were spleen and thymus. The organ indexes were calculated. Results： In the model group AzpAb in the peripheral blood was positive, and it was elevated. The weights of ovary and thymus were cut down, but the spleen weight increased significantly. After the intervention by Er-xian Decoction, above-mentioned status had been improved. Conclusion ： Er-xian Decoction has some effect on immune function of immune premature ovarian failure animal.
