摘要
根据昆明地方原材料的特性,通过改进机制砂,严格控制含泥量,采用掺聚羧酸减水剂和矿物掺合料(双掺技术)进行配合比优化试验,不仅改善了混凝土工作性,而且大幅提高了混凝土强度及耐久性,在云南地区率先实现了聚羧酸系减水剂在商品混凝土中的应用。
According to the characteristics of Kunming local raw materials, by improving the manufactured sand, strictly controlling the amount of mud and using polycarboxylate superplasticizer and mineral admixtures (double admixing technology), the optimizing test of mix proportion is carried out, which can not only improve the workability of concrete, but also improve the strength and durability of concrete. Therefore, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer in ready-mixed concrete in Yunnan is firstly applied.
