摘要
比较了不同焊接电极结构对焊接速度、焊接质量以及焊接电极力的影响,介绍了一种新型钢筋骨架滚焊机焊接电极。该新型焊接电极有效提高了焊接速度,防止了纵向筋扭曲,改善了焊接电极受力条件,全面提高了整体电极装置的使用寿命。
The influence of the different welding electrode structure on the welding speed, welding quality and welding electrode force is compared, and a new type of welding electrode for reinforcement cage roll welders is introduced. The weld electrode can effectively increase the welding speed of reinforcement cages, prevent the longitudinal reinforcement from distortions, improve the welding electrode stress conditions, and improve the service life of the whole electrode device.
