摘要
讨论了如何运用材料力学相关理论分析纵梁结构截面,意在寻找一种简便设计方法,可以快速设计出材料利用效率高,性能又能满足碰撞要求的纵梁折拐段结构,避免多次模拟分析计算。文章所研究的内容为碰撞过程中理想状态不发生变形的纵梁折拐段。通过工程实践,文章所介绍的方法在预测结构承载能力及判断方案变更后的趋势变化时有显著效果,可以较好地同全车CAE模拟分析计算结果相匹配。
How to analyze the front rail section by material mechanics is discussed. In order to find a kind of quick design method, which can design a front rail structure meeting the safety require- ment and has high efficiency of material using without multiple simulation. According to the project practice, the method is effective in estimating structure ability and intend of new solution. The estimate matches the CAE simulation result fairly.
