摘要
以某乘用车底盘优化为例,基于密度惩罚法和折衷规划法理论,采用多目标优化方法,兼顾低阶固有频率和多工况下车架刚度,避免了单目标优化对其它性能参数的影响。通过拓扑优化后得到的连续体离散模型,可知车架横梁的大体布局以及纵梁在哪些部位需要加强和弱化,为车辆轻量化和后续设计提供思路。
A passenger car chassis optimization model is built as an example. Based on SIMP method and Compromise Programming theory, a multi-objective optimization method is used. The low- order natural frequencies and flame stiffness under conditions is balanced. The impact on other per- formance parameters of the single objective optimization is avoided. The discrete model is calculated through topology optimization. By the result, the general layout of the frame beams and carling in which parts need to be strengthened or weakened can he seen. Idea for the vehicle lightweight and fol- low-up design is provided.
