摘要
介绍了江苏翔盛粘胶纤维股份有限公司400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置工艺设计和设备选型情况。该装置配套的低温废热回收装置全部采用国产设备,运行稳定可靠。SO2风机采用高压变频调节,在系统不能满负荷运行及开停工过程节能效果明显。硫酸装置吨酸产汽量达到1.69 t,转化率基本保证在99.9%以上。该装置工艺、设备选型合理,运行稳定,开工率达到99.8%。
The process design and equipment selection of a 400 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant in Jiangsu Xiangsheng Viscose Fibre Ltd. are described. All the equipment within its low-temperature heat recovery system was provided locally and ran stably and reliably. The sulphur dioxide blower was equipped with high-volt- age inverter for rate adjustment, resulting in significant energy saving during low-load operation and start up and shutdown of plant. The steam generation rate was 1.69 t per one ton acid produced. The conversion efficiency was over 99.9%. With reasonably selected process and equipment, the plant operated stably and the availability reached 99.8% .
