摘要 从120 kt/a硫酸装置蒸汽供热系统运行效率现状入手,阐述了热泵技术对蒸汽供热系统进行改造以达到经济运行的可行性,详细介绍了具体实施的技术方案和措施。热泵投运后可使高、中、低温位热能合理利用,直接经济效益500多万元/a,取得了显著的经济、环保和社会效益。 The economic feasibility of retrofitting the steam heating system in a 120 kt/a sulfuric acid plant with heat pump technology is discussed in terms of existing running efficiency of the system. The specific technical scheme and measures are introduced in detail. The high-, medium- and low-temperature heat energy were used reasonably by heat pump, with direct economic benefits of over RMB 5 million per year. The environmental ben- efit and social benefit were remarkable.
