摘要
阐明了水稻近等不育系的涵义,近等不育系是指除对雄性不育细胞质具有育性恢复能力的1对主效恢复基因存在差异外,其他遗传背景与不育系完全相同的水稻品系,培育近等不育系的最终目的是培育不育系。介绍了水稻近等不育系的选育途径和育种实践,指出并分析了水稻近等不育系在选育细胞质雄性不育系、进行近等不育系的遗传改良和加快不育系育种进程等方面的应用前景。
The definition of near-isogenic line of CMS line （NCMS line for short） was given. NCMS line was defined as the line which was identical with CMS line apart from only 1 pair of major fertility restoration gene for cytoplasmic male sterility. The ultimate purpose of development of NCMS line was to develop CMS line. The approaches to develop NCMS line and its breeding practice were introduced. NCMS line could be used to develop A（abortion） line, to improve near-isogenic line of CMS hne and to accelerate the process of development of A line.
