摘要
采用便携式光合分析系统测定了不同基因型啤酒大麦光合生理指标的阶段变化,分析了光合特性与产量、品质相关指标的关联程度。结果表明,拔节期到抽穗开花期为啤酒大麦生长的关键时期,这一时期光合特性的变化既影响产量的形成,也影响籽粒蛋白质的含量;千粒重与籽粒蛋白质含量的关联程度最为密切(r=0.7396),抽穗开花期的光合特性与产量的关联程度达0.8691,拔节期到抽穗开花期的光合特性对啤酒大麦的籽粒品质有重大影响。
Using convinientable photosynthetic analyzer to study changes of photophysiological characteristics of different genotype malting barley, and analysed the correlation degree among photophysiological characteristics and yield and quality. The results showed that from jointing stage to heading and flowering stage was the crucial period for malting barley, the change of photophysiological characteristics not only effected the yield formation, but also effeeted the content of grain protein in the stage, the correlation degree of 1000-grain weight and grain protein content was the most closely (r =0.7396), the correlation degree of the photophysiological characteristics of heading and flowering stage and yield reached 0.8691, and the photophysiological characteristics of jointing stage to heading and flowering stage had great influence on grain quality.
