粗肋草离体培养中芽诱导的影响因素研究 被引量:8

摘要 研究影响粗肋草芽诱导的因素,以其为大规模组培生产提供参考。以粗肋草品种A.lady valentine为材料,研究了消毒方法、培养基、培养方式对粗肋草芽诱导的影响。结果表明,0.1%HgCl2消毒10 min,外植体的污染率仅为5%;在含有0.3 mg/L TDZ的培养基中诱导率最高,为273%,而且诱导出的芽较壮;高温培养环境有利于粗肋草芽的诱导。 In order to provide reference to the mass seedling production, the factors influencing the budinduction of Aglaortemum were studied by using the variety "A.lady valentine" as matieral. The result showed that the contamination rate was only 5% sterilized by 0.1% HgC12;the induction rate in the culture medium containing 0.3 mg/L TDZ was the highest with 273%. And the buds induced were stronger than the others; higher temperature favored the induction of aglaonema buds.
