中国大鲵人工授精方法的效果比较

Compared study on artificial insemination methods of Andrias davidianus

大鲵人工繁殖一般采用人工注射催产激素及人工授精的方法。目前,大人工授精普遍采用3种方法,即干法、干湿法、湿法。对这3种人工授精法进行试验比较,结果表明,干湿法人工授精的受精率最高、为37.6%~39.4%,其次是湿法授精,受精率为23.8%~25.9%,最低的是干法授精,受精率为18.9%~21.8%。干湿法授精在大鲵人工繁殖中的效果较好。

Artificial reproduction of Arutrias davidianus commonly use artificial injection of oxytocin and artificial insemination. At present, there are three kinds of methods for artificial insemination of A.davidianus, namely dry method, dry-wet method and wet method, repectively. We compared the result of the three artificial insemination methods in this paper. The result showed that the fertilization rate of dry-wet method was highest with 37.6%-39.4%. The second was wet method, the fertilization rate was 23.8%-25.9%. The fertilization rate of dry moethod was lowest with 18.9%-21.8%. The result indicated that dry-wet method was the best artificial reproduction method of A.davidianus.
