摘要
在汽车焊装生产中,传统的条形码识别因为生产现场的粉尘、高温振动、油污等影响而发生车型识别错误,采用RFID系统可减少识别错误的发生。介绍了射频识别RFID(radio frequency identification)系统的基本原理、构成以及在一汽-大众焊装车间的应用现状,分析了射频识别RFID系统应用的影响因素。射频识别RFID系统在焊装车间某车型的应用,提高了生产效率,降低了识别故障率。
In the process of automotive welding production,traditional identification method of bar-code is often be effected by dust, High-temperature,pollution and so on.RFID system can avoid those problem.Basic principle and form of RFID is introduced,then present application status is explained,the influence on application of RFID is analyzed.The production efficiency is promoted through application on automotive welding line in FAW-VW.
