摘要
为了满足产品要求,在58SiMn、50SiMnVB等钢基体上附上一层铜,不仅要求铜与钢基体实现冶金结合和很高的结合质量,而且要求稀释率极低特点的铜钢感应熔敷焊接的方法。感应熔敷焊接利用感应加热方式使预置在钢基体上的铜环整体熔化并与钢基体发生冶金结合,而钢基体不熔化的一种焊接方法。它既同于熔化堆焊,也不同于钎焊,它既有熔化焊的结合性质,又具有焊接温度低的特点,实现无熔深熔焊。在充分发挥感应加热特点的同时,结合实际生产总结气孔、夹渣、未焊合等焊接缺陷的存在形式及成因,并采取相应的控制措施,对该技术的推广应用有着重要意义。
In order to meet the product request, this paper adopts the steel bodies ,such as 58SiMn and 50SiMnVB etc.to enclose with an layer copper, and not only requests copper and steel radicle body to carry out metallurgy reaction with the high reaction quality, and uses induction heating with low dilution ratio to weld the copper steel.Make use of re-melt deposit welding with induction heating to make the steel preset with copper wreath on the radicle body, and steel radicle the body take place the metallurgy reaction, but steel radicle the body don't melt.It is the same the melting welding, and differs from brazing, it has melting property, and then features low temperature welding, realize no penetration welding.Turns the induction heating to advantage ,combines the actual production, summarize the forming and reason of welding defects,such as slag,blowholes,and lack of penetration,and adopt homologous control measures to achieve the technical promotion and application.
