摘要
在Pro/E平台的基础上研究了反井钻机机架的三维设计,旨在寻求更加简便的修改和优化钻机机架的三维设计方法。其主要思路为:首先利用Pro/E的实体建模功能对机架的零部件分别生成三维实体,再通过其装配功能实现机架的三维装配,实现机械结构的直观化、立体化。
The research made a detailed study on the three-dimension design of raise-boring machine's rack based on Pro/E in order to seek a three-dimensional design method that make the modification and the optimization more convenient. The main idea is: first, set up 3D solid model of all parts of the rack through solid modeling functions, and then realized the entity 3D assembly through its assembly function to realize the visualizations of mechanical structure.
