摘要
对TRIZ理论(即技术创新理论)的主要工具及方法进行分析和研究,并将其运用到自动落纱机的创新设计中。通过对目前一种圆盘旋转式自动落纱机存在的问题,特别是其在拔纱管时存在的技术冲突,运用TRIZ理论对其研究和分析,根据TRIZ理论中的矛盾矩阵表,通过选择合适的发明创新原理,对圆盘旋转式自动落纱机存在的问题进行改进设计,设计出一种直拔式自动落纱机。该直拔式自动落纱机稳定性好,操作方便,结构简单,同时结果表明TRIZ理论有助于机械产品的创新设计。
The main tool and method of TRIZ theory (technological innovation theory ) have been analyzed and researched, and the fruits have been applied to the creative design of auto doffer machine. The problems of a disc rote type auto doffer machine, especially the technical conflicts while in pulling yarn tube, are studied by using TRIZ. According to the contradiction matrix of TRIZ, the recommended inventive principles are obtained, which are adopted in the improvement of design of disc rote type auto doffer machine. Them a vertical inserted type doffer machine is designed. It is easy to use and has good stability, the structure of this kind is simple. It is found that the TRIZ theory is useful for innovative design.
