介绍了喷射机械手的运动方式,对喷射机械手的喷射臂和喷射头进行了设计,其中喷射臂的设计包括大臂回转支承、大臂、中间臂和小臂的设计;喷射头的设计包括喷射头马达的选型以及回转马达架、摆动马达架和刷动马达架的设计。
In this paper the movement pattern of tunnel injection machine is introduced, its spraying arm and spraying head are designed. Among them the design of spraying arm includes big ann turning bearing, big arm, middle arm and small arm, the design of spraying head includes the selection of the type of spraying motor, turning motor frame, swinging motor frame and sweeping motor frame.
