摘要
传统加工12孔汽车轮辐的方法是逐个钻出,这种加工方法难以保证各孔的位置精度,同时也降低了加工效率。为克服上述方法的缺陷,根据汽车轮辐加工技术要求,首先分析并确定了工件的定位方案,选择工件上的任意两对称孔为定位基准,用浮动销定位,设计出一台汽车轮辐扩孔的专用夹具,最后进行了定位误差分析。此专用夹具不仅提高了汽车轮辐的加工精度和加工效率,还可在结构相同的12个孔的沿圆周均布及中心距不变的同类零件的加工中推广使用。
In tradition, 12 holes on the automobile spoke method is drilled one by one, this method is very difficult to guarantee of location accuracy, at the same time reduces machining efficiency. To overcome the defect of above-mentioned method, positioning scheme was analyzed and determined, any two symmetric holes on the parts was selected as the location datum and located by floating pin according to the machining and technical request of the automobile spoke, at last did positioning error analysis. This special jig has been designed which has not only improved the machining accuracy and efficiency and but also will machine the same parts which are 12 holes uniform distribution along circumference and the invariant centre.
