摘要 以酪氨酸为模板,成功合成了具有强消光系数和表面等离子共振效应的银纳米粒子(Tyr-Ag),并测试了其与一些金属离子的相互作用.实验表明,在碱性条件下,Mn2+的存在能够导致Tyr-Ag迅速聚集,使其颜色由橙黄色变成棕褐色,而其他的离子则几乎没有这种反应.据此,建立了一种高效检测Mn2+的方法.最佳条件下,检测限可达到5.91×10-10mol/L.将该法用于实际样品中Mn2+的测定,结果令人满意. Directed by tyrosine,silver nanoparticles with high extinction coefficient and surface plasmon resonance properties were successfully synthesized(Tyr-Ag).And their interactions with some metal cations were investigated.It was indicated that Tyr-Ag aggregated in the presence of Mn2+ under the alkaline conditions,followed by the colour changing from orange yellow to chocolate brown,while other cations had little effect on Tyr-Ag.Thus,a highly efficient method for the determination of Mn 2+ has been developed.Under the optimum conditions,the detection limit was 5.91×10-10 mol/L.The method was applied to the determination of Mn2+ in real samples,and satisfied results were obtained.
