摘要 科学合理地选择公路网规划方案是公路网规划有效实施的重要前提,针对公路网规划方案选择的多目标特征及其科学决策的重要性,通过定量分析构建了规划方案初始决策矩阵,根据指标的属性应用[0,1]线性变换将初始决策矩阵标准化;充分考虑专家知识和经验、决策者意向和偏好以及数据本身蕴涵的信息,采用AHP法与熵值法综合确定了规划方案选择指标综合权重;将标准化决策矩阵和选择指标权重相结合构造加权标准化决策矩阵,基于TOPSIS确定加权标准化决策矩阵的正负理想项目方案,通过计算方案指标矩阵距离理想方案贴近度来评价公路网规划方案的优劣程度.最后,通过实证分析表明该模型具有科学性与有效性. Selection of highway network planning schemes reasonably is the important precondition of effectively implement about road network planning.Firstly,considering the target characteristics and the importance of scientific decision,selection indexes of highway network planning schemes are taken as the index set of factors,and highway network planning schemes are taken as the domain set to establish the evaluation matrix which is standardized by [0,1]linear transformation.Secondly,weights of influence parameters are determined by AHP and entropy,considering experts’knowledge and experience and information implicated in data.Thirdly,the weighted standardized decisionmaking matrix is built up by standardized decision-making matrix and parameters’weight,and selection of highway network planning schemes is determined by calculating the close degree of the schemes and the ideal schemes which are determined by the TOPSIS in the operational research.Finally,empirical analysis shows that the model is scientific and effective.
