摘要
炼化企业是高能耗行业,能源众多,能源系统结构复杂,解决好能源调度问题需要从整体出发,建立问题模型,统筹规划,优化调度.针对炼化企业能源动态平衡和优化调度问题,提出了以能源系统数学模型为基础,建立能源调度问题的数学规划描述.以管网和单元模型为基础,将调度问题描述为数学规划的形式,将用户的多种需求描述为相应的目标函数,通过建立单元模型,建立一般的管网能源平衡方程约束,能源系统整体约束条件,将能源动态平衡和优化调度问题表述成数学规划的形式以解决企业实际调度问题.该建模方法在某炼油企业试用,在设备不进行结构改造的前提下,仅进行操作参数的调优,节约成本效果明显.
Refinery is high energy consumed.There are categorios of energy in chemical industry,forming complicated energy network.To solve the energy schedule problem,we model the energy system,make and optimize the energy scheduling plan from the whole view.Aiming at the problem of energy dynamic balance and optimal schedule,this thesis advanced a solution which represents the problem as a mathematical programming problem based on the mathematical model of the energy system.This models represent the schedule problem as a mathematical programming problem in which client requirements appear in the form of target function and energy balance equations and all kinds of inequalities are considered as constraints.The method was verified with some records in a refinery,without equipment reorganization,only tuning parameters,and the effect of saving cost was remarkable.
