常规心电图ST-T改变对2型糖尿病患者发生冠心病的预测价值

Predictive value of ST-T change in conventional electrocardiography on the incidence of coronary artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者常规心电图ST-T改变与其冠心病发生率的相关性。方法回顾性研究138例患有2型糖尿病并行选择性冠状动脉造影检查(CAG)的住院患者病历资料,根据常规心电图ST-T情况分为ST-T改变组与非ST-T改变组;根据CAG检查结果比较两组间的冠心病发生率。结果 ST-T改变组冠心病的发生率为84.1%,非ST-T改变组冠心病的发生率为30.4%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规心电图ST-T改变对2型糖尿病患者发生冠心病具有良好的预测价值。

Objective To investigate the predictive value of ST-T change in conventional electrocardiogra- phy on the incidence of coronary artery disease （CHD） in patients with type 2 diabetes meUitus. Methods This retro- spective study involved the clinical data of 138 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. All patients were di- vided into ST-T change group and non-ST-T change group according to conventional electrocardiography and experi- enced coronary angiography （CAG） in their hospitalized time. The incidence of CHD was compared between ST-T change group and non-ST-T change group. Results The incidence of CI-ID in ST-T change group was 84. I%, and that in non-ST-T change group was 30.4%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ST-T change in conventional electrocardiography has a satisfactory value for predicting the incidence of CHD in pa- tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
